When should I start acupuncture before IVF?
Where possible, Eca recommends beginning around three months before your IVF cycle. This reflects the roughly 90-day window in which eggs mature, and gives time to support your body and settle your nervous system beforehand. That said, acupuncture can be helpful at any stage, including once your cycle has already begun.
Does acupuncture work alongside my fertility clinic?
Yes, always. Eca's care is designed to complement your IVF treatment, never to replace it. She follows the lead of your fertility consultant and is happy to coordinate around your cycle and appointments.
Is acupuncture safe, and does it hurt?
